Circuit Conference: Test, Risk, Change
In March 2017 I organised a national conference to mark the conclusion of Tate-led youth programme Circuit, funded by the Paul Hamyln Foundation. This was a major event involving young people, youth and arts practitioners and funders. The conference took place at Nottingham Contemporary and was also organised in collaboration with Firstsite, Kettle's Yard, Mostyn, Tate Britain, Tate Liverpool, Tate Modern, Tate St Ives, The Whitworth and Wysing Arts Centre. Together we asked provocative questions about the agency of participants, the authenticity of partnership and the potential for organisational and social change. Filmed highlights and articles related to the conference are available here.
