Research, evaluation, consultancy
Working with arts organistions across the UK to support critical reflection, generate learning and share insights.
With 16 years of experience in arts, youth and play settings, I specialise in collaborative and inclusive practice.
Research
I work closely with institutions to explore pressing issues in contemporary creative practice. I am trained in qualitative and quantitative research methods and am experienced in ethnographic and mixed methods approaches. As a researcher I seek to represent stories and voices that are often overlooked and I work alongside organisations to encourage meaningful change.
Evaluation
As an independent evaluator or critical friend I aim to bring a fresh perspective and analytical rigour to projects. I work with a range of organisations on long-term and short-term evaluations, designing bespoke methodologies and often carrying out interviews, discussions and observations, or using creative methods.
Consultancy
I provide strategic advice, organise public programmes, write exhibition texts and lead professional development workshops for cultural organisations and practitioners.
