Freelands Artist Programme

Freelands Foundation is a visual arts and education foundation set up in 2015 to support artists and cultural institutions.

I am currently the External Evaluator/Researcher for the Freelands Artist Programme - a five year initiative that provides over £1.5 million to institutions to support emerging artists and art ecosystems in the four UK nations. The organisations involved are g39 in Cardiff, PS2 in Belfast, Site Gallery in Sheffield and Talbot Rice Gallery in Edinburgh.

I have also authored a number of research reports exploring opportunities for philanthropy as part of broader consultancy work for the Foundation. A summary of one these reports is available to read here.
